17.30-18.30 General discussion- A comparison of the output of Kegg, Biocarta, GenMapp, Cytoscape and INOH, assessing if these are appropriate for the content delimitate the project.
Milestone 1-Decision about the visualization tools,  discussion on the limits of the project and what we should/should not curate.

Milestone 2- The curators reach a consensus on the controlled vocabulary and awareness on how to use this to describe the concepts and the reactions.
11.00-12.00 Final description of what is in the curators package how the curators need to annotate the material and what we need to receive from the curators Duccio Cavalieri
Milestone 3-The curators are capable of drawing and annotating a pathway for DC ATLAS.
